Cue the song: "True Jackson, VP" may be coming back!
Keke Palmer got the internet talking when she posted a video on TikTok, suggesting that the program she starred in as a child may be restarting.
Congratulations! Another reboot! 😭
Palmer posted a video of herself dancing to the theme song "True Jackson, VP" on Twitter with the caption: "Congratulations! Another reboot! You made it happen".
In less than 24 hours, the video has over 3 million views and 55,000 retweets.
Clearly, fans of "True Jackson, VP" are at the limit of their seats, wondering if Palmer might be bringing his character back for more.
For those who don't remember, the program followed the life of 15-year-old True Jackson (played by Palmer), who enters the New York fashion industry.
The show aired on Nickelodeon from 2008 to 2011, when it was canceled after three seasons.
Palmer was joined by other child actors, including Ashley Argota, Matt Shively and Robbie Amell. The cast filmed episodes in front of a live audience.
It appears that the other stars have not yet been informed of possible restart news.
"Ummmm … what's good?" Shively tweeted. "Are you trying to play with my heart or what ?!"
Amell also took to Twitter, writing: "I'm ready".
It is not yet known whether the restart is taking place or not, but we hope to receive good news soon.
