UFC News – Conor McGregor surprised by Tony Ferguson
Tony Ferguson invaded Conor McGregor after learning about the recent teasing from the former two-division champion on Twitter.
"I don't [see McGregor's tweet], but I guarantee that's what I'm saying, man, I don't have to worry about this shit," said Ferguson. “People follow suit.
"They've been following my process for a long time. So, you know what's cool. When you know it's cool, keep doing it."
"I don't give a damn," added the winner of the 13th season of Ultimate Fighter. "Seriously, I don't give a shit what he says.
"This guy wants to fight now because I'm a valuable guy. No way.
"I can't count on these two guys [McGregor and Khabib]. I invited Justin Gaethje to worry. They can get in line."
UFC Khabib Nurmagomedov returns schedule given by manager
Khabib Nurmagomedov manager Ali Abdelaziz has revealed that he expects the current lightweight champion to return to the octagon in August.
"I think Ramadan is about to start next week," Dominance MMA chief told MMA Junkie.
"I think he can come back in August.
"He told me that the UFC scheduled the fight in San Franciso, I think it was on August 1st. He can fight there. No problem. It doesn't have to be in September."
Anderson Silva makes retirement revelation
Anderson Silva revealed that he wanted to retire from mixed martial arts before his unfortunate defense of the middleweight title against Chris Weidman in 2013.
In an interview with MMA Fighting, the future family member said he told Dana White: “I want to stop, I want time for myself, to be with my family.
"I've been doing this for years and I'm losing touch with my kids. I'm just training and training, it's not working for me anymore."
